How do I place an order?

First of all, visit GeiGei Store.

Choose products that you love, then click “Add to cart” and “Check out“.

Then fill in your information and pay.

That’s it! Very easy.

How do you ship our purchased products?

We ship orders oversea by professional courier service with tracking number along. Courier company may differ from countries throughout worldwide.

After we processed your order, we will hand over your item carefully to the shipping company and then forward to your country. It will then be handled by your country’s postal service when they reached your country. So kindly contact your local post when it arrives your country with the tracking number provided.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Paypal & debit/credit cards. Soon we will have more varieties to cater for all our customers worldwide.

How long will the delivery takes place?
All your orders will be handled by our professional courier services partners, which may differ from country to country, throughout worldwide. 
Once we have processed your orders, a unique tracking number will be assigned to your shipment.
Then, you may start tracking and locating your shipment arrival.
What is your return policy?

We will refund you under these circumstances:

* If the goods are damaged/faulty
* If your order does not arrive within 45 business days
* The wrong items were sent

I'd ordered multiple items but not all of them arrived at the same time?

Don’t worry! We generally ship multiple goods in separate packages to avoid any long delays in customs. This means they could arrived at separate times. Just sit back and relax.
